Also; any intelligent reader would know that the smokey eye tip itself with the eyeliner & such works in general. She just used different shadow colors to go with her eye color, being blue. If you have browns, greens, hazel, then go with the shadow colors that will go with that color. You can search for the best eye shadow colors to go with your eye color for the smokey eyed look.

Yeah I guess it's sad that not everyone strikes the gene lottery. Only 6 percent of the world is born with naturally blue eyes & blonde hair these days. It's funny how you see so many people dying their hair blonde & getting color contacts.
This tutorial was useful though. My eyes are deep blue on the outside, a light blue-green toward the inside, & a golden brown right around the pupil so this should work for me nicely.
Thank you for the tips & don't pay mind to the immature ladies commenting on this. If it's not of use to them, they shouldn't be snooty enough to comment. It's simple enough just to leave the page.

Yeaah why blue eyes -.- i was lookin foward for hazel/green eyes and why didnt they say "bue eyes" for the today wasted my time openin this

It would be nice if you had this done for all eye colors. Not everyone has blue eyes.
