Try a volumizing/foaming conditioner-it's weightless and adds oomph sans oil.
Use a straightening spray and mist over hair before quickly drying. Don't overdo it on the products, hair this thin can start to look stringy or greasy quickly.
Once it's completely dry, flip your head over and lightly mist the ends with a little dry shampoo to add volume without oil.
