Life's a Pitch: The 10 Greenest Sports Stadiums

Think the only thing green about pro sports is the turf? Think again. As the first crack of the bat rings through the spring air, we take a look at sports venues in North America that are scoring big on the eco-field (now if only the teams could do something about all that travel).

This is the stupidest list I've ever seen.  Why is everything green now?  Everyone is treating global warming like it's a proven fact.  Do some research, idiots; more and more scientists that originally thought global warming was going to kill us all are moving towards the middle/other side on the issue.  These are the same environmental wackos that predicted that:  We would run out of all resources by 2000 and all die, the air quality would be so bad by 1980?90? that 500,000 people a year would die due to poison air, the list goes on and on.  Look it up people, it's all true!  I'm not saying global warming isn't possible, it's simply not proven.  At all.  Leading scientists on the issue even admit that they have to exaggerate a bit on the issue or no one will believe them.  Look it up, do your research everyone.  And I mean extensive research, dig around.  Once you read both sides of the issue you'll feel quite silly buying into this green deal.  Cap-and-trade?  It's a "green initiative" that only exists to give the gov't another half a trillion a year.  And it's unproven science.  And it will make everyone's electric bills go up.  Remember what I write here if cap-and-trade goes through.  Remember; when all the power producing companies are getting a 50% tax thrown on top of them see how much it costs a month to heat/cool your house.  The green movement is about money and control.  And if you don't believe that's possible; you need to read.  A lot.

Whaaaat??? How can a football stadium, which is used 10 times a year, be considered a green building? Think of all the energy, steel, pavement, etc  that was used to create a building that sits empty 355 days of the year.
