Jewel Tones
This season vibrant jewels dress the trendiest of tabletops. Eggplant, teal, ruby and gold add a rich sensibility. For an inexpensive yet elegant napkin ring, take a small strip of leather and spray paint it gold. Hot glue colorful acrylic jewels to the leather and close the ends to form a ring.
Mix and match the latest ideas of the season.
At the start of each season, stores become busy creating attractive displays that reflect the trends of each season. Like in fashion, certain colors, prints and textures become popular in tabletop accessories. Incorporate an element or two of these fall trends to your tabletop for a fresh new look.
A fashionable dressing room.
Chic headbands created by you.
I absolutely love the hair accessories I'm seeing this fall, especially the headbands decorated with gorgeous feathers, sequins and ribbon. Accessories are my absolute favorite, so I'm excited to see embellished hair accessories reemerge in the fashion world. Inspired by the fashionably feathered, sequined hats of the 20s and 30s, headbands can add the final detail ... making your outfit not just great, but spectacular. Although they are beautiful, they are quite pricey and can be easily created yourself for a fraction of the cost using colors and embellishments that compliment any wardrobe. It's an easy and inexpensive project to complete and they make great gifts!
Transform your room with the simple addition of texture and color.
